84. Constitution of the first Academic Council.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 26 until such time as the Academic Council constituted in accordance with the provisions of that section holds its first meeting, the Academic Council consisting of such members as by State Government may nominate, shall be deemed to be the Academic Council for the purposes of this Act.
