Section 17 in The Bayaluseeme Development Board Act, 1994.
17. Obtaining information.-
The Board may for the purposes of this Act seek and obtain information from any Zilla Panchayat in Bayaluseeme or from any officer of the State Government having jurisdiction over any area in Bayaluseeme and such Zilla Panchayat or officer shall be bound to furnish the information sought by the Board.
