Section 101(1)(c) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985

(c)fails to comply with any direction lawfully given to him, or any requisition lawfully made upon him, under or in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act shall be punished with fine which may extend to [five thousand rupees.] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 10 of 2009.]
