Section 107(3) in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
(3)The statement in the application shall also be verified by certificates in writing to be given by two Pharmacists registered under the Act who are resident in the neighbourhood of the place where the applicant has been residing since the removal of his name and they shall testify to this present good character.
