4. Documents accompanying the form of Application for Registration.
- The application for registration shall be in the form prescribed in the schedule and accompanied by three copies of by-laws and such other documents as may be prescribed by the Registrar from time to time. Such copies of bye-laws shall bear the signatures of not less than two of the applicants duly authorised by the members of the proposed Co-operative Society.
