Section 91(3) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(3)No person shall be guilty of an offence under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) where the untrue statement or omission -(a)was not known to him, and(b)after exercising reasonable diligence fact could not have been known to him.
