Section 18(1) in The Hyderabad Record of Rights in Land Regulation, 1358 Fasli
(1)Government may, by notification, make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Regulation to carry out the purposes and objects thereof and for the guidance of all persons in matters connected with the enforcement of this Regulation.
