40. Appointment terms and conditions of Employment and Emoluments of Academic staff and Non-Academic staff of the University.
- The terms and conditions of employment of all employees of the University academic as well as non-academic, the manner of their appointment and the emoluments to be paid to the employees will be such as may be prescribed.
