Section 28(1) in The Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries and Land Reforms Rules, 1955
(1)For purposes of calculating the net income of an Intermediary under clause 4 of the Schedule, the land revenue, cesses and other dues payable by the Intermediary to the State Government shall be ascertained from the revenue records maintained in the Tehsil under the Collector.
