(4)that during the absence on recess leave of the medical officer-(a)the work of the dispensary is supervised by the local medical officers in-charge of the civil dispensary and of the Public Health Department, without any extra cost to Government, and(b)his travelling duties are carried out by the compounder and serious cases are removed to Ramnagar where they will be treated by the other local medical officers.
