1. Heard.
2. The present petition has been filed for consideration of the complaint made by 2 the petitioner against respondents No.5 & 6 namely Shashikant Konher and Kamlesh Sharma.
3. Learned State counsel submits that one complaint of the like nature is made by Mahesh Kumar Tiwari and the FIR has been lodged for the same cause on 18.06.2018 and it is contended that the nature of the FIR/complaint is one and same as has been made by this petitioner.
4. Being so, the complaint of the petitioner may be attached with the other FIR and that may be considered if any other offence is made out and the investigation shall be completed within a period of three months.
5. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of.
