194. Contribution to expenditure by other local authorities.
- If the expenditure incurred by the Government or by any Panchayat Union Council or by any Village Panchayat or by any other local authority in the State for any purpose authorised by or under this Act, is such as to benefit the inhabitants of the Panchayat Union or Panchayat Village, the Panchayat Union Council or the Village Panchayat, as the case may be, may, with the sanction of the Inspector, and shall, if so directed by him, make a contribution towards such expenditure.
