Section 14 in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corridor Development Act, 2017
14. Fee for approval or permission.
- The Authority, or its designated entity, may charge such fee as may be laid down in the regulations for processing of any applications, grant of any approval, permission or concession under this Act.
