Section 2(h) in The West Bengal Standards Of Weights And Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(h)"reference standards" means the sets of standards of mass and measure supplied to the State Government by the Central Government in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1956;
