Section 31(4) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(4)Any person authorized under sub-rule (2) to enter into contracts on behalf of the Commission shall not be liable for any assurance or contract made on its behalf and any liabilities arising out of such assurance or contract shall be discharged from the moneys at the disposal of the Commission.
