1. The Petitioner states that he is a person with disability and places reliance on Annexure P-2, an order issued by the Armed Forces Medical Services Board concerning the disability benchmark.
2. Be that as it may, counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall also submit an application for obtaining a disability certificate under the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. In the event such an application is submitted, the concerned authorities are requested to expedite the process of issuing the certificate.
3. Renotify on 20th August, 2026.
