- No order shall be made under the provisions of Section 7-(i)until the time allowed by law for the prisoner to appeal has expired or if an appeal has been preferred until such appeal has been finally decided; or(ii)if an application, made on appeal or otherwise to have the sentence altered into an order of detention, has been rejected by an appellate Court or the High Court; Or(iii)in the case of any person who has been sent to a reformatory school in accordance with the provisions of the Reformatory Schools Act, 1897 (VIII of 1897).
