Section 21(2) in Orissa Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004
(2)Every mining plan under Sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied with a non-refundable fee of one thousand rupees for every 10 hectares or part thereof of mining area covered' under the mining lease.
