Section 1 in The Bihar Local Self-Government (Amending and Validating) Act, 1954
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Local Self-Government (Amending and Validating) Act, 1954.(2)It shall come into force at once:Provided that Section 13 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 1946.
