Section 25(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)Where on receipt of the intimation under sub-rules (3) and (4) of Rule 24 an amount higher than the amount, which has been paid by the employer as fee for the registration of the establishment is payable, the Registering Officer shall require such employer to pay the requisite additional fee.
