Section 52(2) in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
(2)A general re-assessment of the land-revenue of any area shall not be undertaken without the previous sanction of the State Government and notification of that sanction.In granting such sanction the State Government may give such instructions consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder as it may deem fit.
