Sri B. Appa Rao, learned counsel appeared on
behalf of Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the
petitioner. It is represented that the matter is filed in
the year 2018, so far the respondents did not choose to
file their counters.
Learned counsel for the respondents appeared and sought time for filing counter.
As seen from the docket proceedings, when the matter was listed on 15.02.2022, learned Standing Counsel for APTRANSCO sought time for arguing the matter, then the was directed to be listed on 24.02.2022. Again, on 24.02.2022, when the matter is taken up, both counsels sought time and the matter was directed to be listed to this date i.e., 24.03.2022.
Today, at this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the respondents are not filed counters and moreover, the respondents counsel sought time for filing counters. Though the matter pertains to the year 2018, the respondents did not choose to file their counter as stipulated in Writ Rules.
However, his request is considered.
Post the matter on 31.03.2022.
The respondents counsel is directed to file their counter on or before 31.03.2022, failing which, the concerned Officer has to appear before this Court for explaining the delay causing in filing counters.
