Section 30 in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
30. Power to issue instructions.
- The Administrator may, if he is of the opinion that in the interest of school education in the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, it is necessary so to do, issue such instructions in relation to any matter not covered by these rules as he may think fit.
