FACTS
Vide RTI dt 10.7.11, appellant had sought information regarding status of Workshop Superintendent in Polytechnic Institute.
2. PIO vide letter dt 6.3.12, provided a response.
3. An appeal was filed on 22.12.11.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that he has not been provided a complete response to the five queries raised by him in his RTI.
DECISION
6. On perusal of the records, the Commission finds that the contention of the appellant is correct and the AA has also been remiss in not providing a response to the appeal which was filed on 22.12.11.
7. The Commission directs the PIO/Consultant, Shri RP Sharma, to provide a written response to the five queries within ten days from the date of receipt of the order under intimation to the Commission.
