Section 15(1) in The Maharashtra Khadi and Village Industries Rules, 1970
(1)The Board shall disburse grants and subsidies in accordance with and at rates and on terms sanctioned by the State Government or the Commission in respect of each industry, from time to time, from the funds made available by the StateGovernment or the Commission, as the case may be.
