1. Short title extent & commencement.
(1)These rules may be called The Bihar Legal Metrology (Enforcement), Rules, 2014(2)They extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for:(a)different provisions of these rules; or(b)different areas; or(c)different classes of activities.
