Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Minimum Wages Rules, 1959
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in these rules, the term of office of a non-official member of the Board, shall be two years commencing on the date of his nomination :Provided that such member shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the said period of two years, continue to hold office until his successor is nominated.
