Order 14/03/2022 The case comes up on an application (01/2020) preferred on behalf of the petitioner for substitution of the name of Mr. Kamal Chand Sipani, who died on 04.08.2020, by Mr. Dinesh Kumar as authorized signatory/representative of the petitioner-Company.
The application is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The name of Mr. Kamal Chand Sipani is substituted by Mr. Dinesh Kumar in the present writ petition.
List the matter on 06.04.2022.
