Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of this application, the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore, he has instructions from his clients to withdraw this application since they wish to file fresh application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the charge-sheet.

3. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure setting up challenge to the charge-sheet.
