Section 6(1)(b) in Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991

(b)Rule 10 to 12 shall apply to an industrial activity other than isolated storage, in which there is involved a quantity of hazardous chemical listed in Column 2 of Schedule 3 which is equal to or more than the [threshold quantity] [Substituted by No. G.S.R. 4, dated 16.4.2002 [18.4.2002].] specified in the entry for that chemical in Column 4 ;
