Section 117(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)The Development Authority shall provide or appoint in proper and convenient situations public receptacles, depots and places for the temporary deposit of-(a)rubbish;(b)offensive matter;(c)trade refuse ;(d)carcasses of dead animals; and(e)excrementitious and polluted matter.
