Section 5(1) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(1)The election of practitioners entitled to be the members of the Board under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3, shall be held [x x x] [Omitted by Act 13 of 1972 w.e.f. 30.12.1972] in such manner as may be prescribed.
