(7)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (5), vacancies upto 20% occurring in any calendar year, in the Senior Administrative Grade and Junior Administrative Grade of the Programme Management Cadres of the Media or of the Programme Production Cadres of the Media may be filled on the basis of direct recruitment made through the Commission in accordance with the qualifications, experience and age limit for such direct recruitment as specified in Schedule III.
