Section 14(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002
(1)The Law Officer shall by a whole time salaried officer of the Board as shall be appointed by the Government from amongst the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Legal (Gazetted) Service not lower than the rank of Deputy Legal Remembrancer.
