(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the J.K. Cement Nimbahera Foundation, Kamla Tower, Kanpur (UP), a trust created by execution of a Trust Deed on 2.9.1982 which has been registered on 31.12.1982 under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908) at Sr. No. 1351 of Book No. 4, Volume 826 in the office of the Sub-Registrar Kanpur.;
