Section 16 in Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2016
16. Delegation of powers and duties.
- The Authority may, by general or special order in writing direct that all or any of the powers and duties which may be exercised or discharged by it shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions and with such terms and conditions, if any, as may be specified in its order, be exercised or discharged also by any Municipality, Panchayat, Institution or any employee of the Authority specified in this behalf in the order.
