Section 42(3)(i) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (General) Rules, 1995

(i)The notice of refusal to accept the amount of compensation assessed and offered by the Competent Authority shall be given by the owner to the Competent Authority within thirty days from the date of receipt of the offer.
