Section 8(a) in Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Rules, 1983
(a)..............person/persons unauthorisedly in occupation of the building to vacate the building, or to show cause to the undersigned within a week from the date of the service of this notice why he shall not be evicted from the said building.
