(10)Before the expiry of the period of medium term open access, the same may be extended by the Nodal Agency on receipt of a written request from such customer accompanied by a fee as prescribed at sub regulation (4).Provided that such request is submitted at least one month prior to the date on which the medium term open access allowed ends. The medium term open access customer shall clearly mention in the request the period for which extension is required.
