Section 102(c) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(c)in use of every winch, a building or other construction worker is not permitted to transfer, alter or adjust electric control circuits in case of any defect in such winch.
