Section 13A(2) in The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977
(2)For the purpose of implementation of the Scheme, 1[the District Programme Co-ordinator, Joint District Programme Co-ordinator, Programme Officer, Joint Programe Officer, Additional Programme Officer, Special Programme Officer and all other officers (including divisional level officer) of the implementing agencies, local authorities and other bodies in the Division] shall be responsible and subordinate to the Commissioner to such extent and in such manner as the State Government may direct.
