16.03.2021 Ms. Veenu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that though the respondents are present, however, in view of the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19, they are not permitted to enter the High Court premises.
Be that as it may, the respondents are permitted to cause their appearance before the Joint Registrar, Protocol of the High Court.
As per the report of the Registry, as directed, the respondents have caused their appearance before the Joint Registrar, Protocol of the High Court today itself.
Ms. Veenu Gupta, learned counsel seeks and is granted four weeks' time to furnish the translated version of the Urdu annexures/evidence in English or Hindi language.
List again on 01.06.2021.
Meanwhile, Registry is directed to prepare the paper-book and supply the same to learned counsel for the parties.
