2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are in the process of arriving at an amicable settlement of the dispute and execution of the terms of the settlement.

3. Since these petitions have been filed in the year 2017, there is no propriety in keeping these petitions under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 pending.

5. It is hereby made clear that if the parties intend to settle the dispute, they are at liberty to do so and file the consent/settlement terms, if desired to, on the next date.

6. In the event, consent/settlement terms are not filed and the parties are not ready to proceed with the petitions, the Court would be constrained to pass appropriate order.
