Section 33(2) in The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959
(2)The Trust shall-(a)publish the said notice in such manner as may be prescribed, inviting objections and suggestions from all persons with respect to the draft scheme before such date as may be specified in the notice, and(b)send a copy of the said notice to the Chairman of the Municipal Board.
