1. Considering the issue involved in the writ petition, the defect pointed out by the office is waived.
2. Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners, belonging to OBC and General category, participated in the process of direct recruitment for the post of Basic Computer Instructor pursuant to advertisement dated 01.02.2022 and written examination was conducted on 18.06.2022 wherein the petitioners secured aggregate higher marks than the last cut off marks than the selected candidate, but as minimum 40% marks in each paper were not secured, therefore, appointment to petitioners has been declined.
3. It has been submitted that according to Rule 28 of the Rajasthan Education (State and Sub-ordinate) Service Rule-2021, requirement of minimum 40% marks in each paper of the competitive examination has been added to the advertisement dated 1.2.2022, vide corrigendum notice dated 30.06.2022 it (Downloaded on 11/01/2023 at 12:25:53 AM) (2 of 2) [CW-257/2023] means after conducting the written examination on 18.06.2022, which is impermissible.
4. It has also been informed that other writ petitions involving identical or other points related to the present recruitment are pending before this Court, wherein notices have been issued and interim relief for allowing document verification of respective candidates has been permitted.

7. In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for document verification and the same would be done by respondents provisionally subject to out come of the writ petition.
