Section 10(vi) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(vi)An employee, whose service is terminated under sub-rule (iv) or (v) shall be entitled to such terminal benefits as are admissible to the employees of the State Government is similar circumstances.
