Section 35 in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
35. Protection of action taken under this Order in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution, other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Order.
