Section 13(1) in M.P. Industrial Relations Rules, 1961
(1)On receipt of an application for recognition from a union under sub-section (1) of Section 13 and on payment of a fee of Rs. 5, prescribed in Rule 11, the Registrar shall cause a notice to be put up on the premises of all the undertakings in the industries of the local area concerned at such conspicuous place or places, as he may deem fit, inviting objections to the recognition of the union as a representative union within a period to be specified in the notice, which shall not be less than 15 days.
