Section 162(1) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems (conduct of Elections) Rules, 2003
(1)At the conclusion of the enquiry, the Election Tribunal shall declare whether the election of the returned candidate or candidates is void under Rule 159 and Rule 160.
