Section 12 in The Orissa District Planning Committees Act, 1998
12. Vacancies etc. not to Invalidate proceedings of the Committee.
- No act or proceeding of the Committee shall be invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the Constitution of the Committee.
